Just got word that Down In The Delta has been accepted as a song to go onto the second Give to the Gulf iTunes compilation album!. Great news since when we recorded the song, it was with the premise of helping folks in New Orleans, so the whole thing just fits together ni...cely. It will be a little while before album #2 is compiled, mastered and sent to iTunes, in the meantime do your part! Get out to the iTunes store and purchase the first album, $0.70 of every $0.99 spent goes straight to the Gulf to help out folks who are really needing a leg up right now!

"Snow Boy Roy". "Spinal Tap" meets "Flight of the Concords". Funny, hilarious. Episode two deals with Boy and the complex world that he exists in.
One hypothesis for the evolution of human imagination is that it allows conscious beings to solve problems (and hence increase an individual's survival fitness) by use of mental simulation.
The essence of Kristin’s magical compositions on her upcoming collection “Whole In My Soul” for Big Fuss Records, consciously reveal a landscape of grace in our world and what might be, through sight, sound, and emotion.
Envisioning her own imagination preceding reality; Kristin envelops musical life experience of the sixties, seventies, eighties and nineties, composing for a new time with songs like “Love In”, “The Whole World Knows” and “Show Me What Love Is”. Kristin contagiously elevates and transcends time beautifully using her own life as conduit.
Kristin’s ability for creating personal realms within her idealistic mind from elements derived from sense perceptions of the shared world, seem to transcend the norm and set her apart as one of the great writers of our time.
“Whole In My Soul” again features the influential guitars of Tom Landry and is set for a October 2010 release.

Just wanted to stop by and let everyone on Mystage that METAL KNIGHTS are still around! Sorry that we have not been on here with an update, just been a flurry of activity in our camp. First, we are back writing in the studio for the follow up to WORLD OF FOREVER produced by Craig Goldy. Plus, we have been keeping busy playing shows here and there and are gearing up for some bigger summer shows in the Southwest. We are also finally getting into pre production on our first major video for a song from WOF and just found out it will be shot with the new RED camera! If you know anything about movie making, this new Camera is THEE THING! Lastly, but for sure not least, is the passing of our dear friend and mentor Ronnie James Dio. We have a very tight relationship with all the members of DIO, from of course Craig Goldy to Rudy Sarzo, Simon Wright and Scott Warren, not to mention Razor knew Ronnie best of all out of the band.
"It took me a whole 24 hours after hearing the news that morning. I walked around in a haze, talked to a lot of press, the phone did not stop ringing, and then it hit me the next day and I just lost it. Such a great man was gone", says Razor.
Razor and Billy represented METAL KNIGHTS at Ronnie's funeral which was a very special event. Acoustic performances from everyone from Geoff Tate, to Paul Shortino, Rudy Sarzo, Craig Goldy. The true show stopper was Glenn Hughes singing with Goldy and Scott Warren playing "Touch the Rainbow"! It was true Rock history. Even Rob Halford leaned up and said "How bout that Glenn Hughes?"
We would like to end this update wishing our sincere prayers for strength to Wendy Dio and all in the extended Dio family.
Rest In Peace Ronnie,
METAL KNIGHTS
