80’s legendary singer & songwriter Carlos Lopez G was playing with Skin at the O2 Academy Sheffield on Wednesday 9th June 2010.

Having moved to Sheffield 7 years ago, Carlos has continued singing and song writing and during 2005 he joined forces with Maria Castelo Branco to write and compose. Carlos has also done a lot of work for charity and is a patron of the AIDS charity ‘The CD4 Community Project’ which he set up with Maria and Dr. Alicia Vedio, to raise awareness of AIDS through music and art.
Carlos’ performance in Sheffield is complemented by a group of fantastic musicians from Sheffield: Kelvin Allwood (guitar), Tom Stebbing on drums and Matt Jackson, bass player. The show is the presentation of the CD "Story to be revealed", released on past December for World Aids Day.
